School is approaching fast be sure to register for our After School program! Kids will ride bus #61 to our new location. Come try a class of our new programs for free! Missouri Gymnastics Center LLC has teamed up with Kickin it Martial Arts to provide a program that combines the sharp flashy moves of martial arts and the awesome acrobatics of gymnastics. Kicknastics is Mondays at 10 p.m. until 16th. Missouri Gymnastics Center now provides a fitness class for adults. This class is based on gymnastics flexibility and strength training to help rebuild muscle as well as loosen up muscles and make your body more limber.

Missouri Gymnastics Center will be closed June 26^th through July 4^th. During this week we are closed Missouri Gymnastics Center will be moving locations. We will resume classes July 5^th at our new location:

I took some time out of my vacation to rearrange the gym. I did this to give the parents more room and utilize more space. Team will have practice 10-1 Mon 28, Tues 29, and Wed 30. The gym opens back up January 4, If you pay the week we get back you will still recieve the $5 Early Bird discount. MGC will be hosting a competition Feb. 13. This is for everyone in the gym. Gymnasts will be learning routines in class starting Feb. 4th. There will be more info passed out the week of Jan. 4th.
